Three disciplines, one purpose — building organisations where human potential is fully realised.
I am Mercy Brown — a consultant whose work sits at the intersection of psychological anthropology, neurodiversity, and high performance. My practice is built on the belief that organisations perform best when every person can bring their full capabilities to work.
My doctoral research in psychological anthropology examines how organisations construct and perform identity — and what this means for belonging, behaviour, and inclusion at scale. This research directly informs every consulting engagement, every training programme, and every keynote I deliver. This is why what I build lasts.
As a GB international weightlifter with more than 15 years of competitive experience, I understand what it means to perform at the highest level — to build systems rather than individuals, to train under pressure, and to create environments where people consistently perform at their best. That is the standard I bring to leadership and culture work.
I founded my practice to close the gap between what organisations say about inclusion and what they actually build. The organisations I work with are not looking for another awareness session. They are looking for strategy, rigour, and someone who will hold them accountable for real outcomes.
Work With Me →I design every training programme from your context — your people, your culture, your specific challenges. Nothing is off the shelf. The goal is behaviour change that persists long after the session ends.
Programmes range from a focused workshop to a multi-month culture change initiative. Every engagement is scoped carefully so that what gets delivered is exactly what your organisation needs.
Work With Me →My doctoral background means I know how to design diagnostics that surface what is actually happening in your organisation — rather than what people think you want to hear.
The output is always a clear, prioritised strategy with actionable recommendations. Not a dense report that lives in a drawer.
Work With Me →Drawing on 15 years of elite sport and doctoral research into organisational behaviour, I work with leaders to build performance cultures that are genuinely inclusive.
Inclusive environments are high performance environments. The evidence for this is substantial. I hold organisations accountable for outcomes, not optics.
Work With Me →I speak on neurodiversity, neuroinclusion, inclusive leadership, and the psychology of high performance. My background as both a doctoral researcher and a GB international athlete gives me a perspective that is genuinely different from the standard conference circuit.
Whether you need a keynote for a conference of 500 or a provocation for a leadership away day of 20, the preparation and quality is the same.
